At LFP, our strength is our values. And the foundation of our success is ensuring that everyone our business touches lives and breathes these values.

So what are our values? Hint: they’re built right into our name – Leadership, Focus and Passion. In addition to these values, we also include integrity as the fourth corner of our foundation.

On their own, these attributes can lead us in the right direction, but combined they are a force to be reckoned with and the building blocks for success.

We encourage our people to live according to our values, not only professionally, but personally too. After all, the small choices you make every day are what make up your character, and it’s your character that provides an example to others, further perpetuating these values.

When it comes to our learners, the same applies. We aim to instil leadership, focus, passion and integrity in the minds we shape to ensure that they can play a vital role in creating impactful change in our country and our world.
