LFP Top Empowerment Company
LFP Training Recognised as a Top Empowered Company in South Africa
Joining the ranks of South Africa’s Top Empowered companies is no easy feat. It takes a significant contribution to the economy, years of dedication and hard work, and a meticulous level of expertise.
From its humble beginnings as a three-man business set up in a home office to a budding team of 60 plus members, LFP Training is proud to announce its certification as one of Impumemelo’s Top Empowered Companies in South Africa.
Recognised as an innovative and established leader in the BEE Skills Development sector, this prestigious accolade serves to acknowledge LFP Training as a key contributor in the transformation of South Africa. It also bears testament to its contribution to society and the local economy as a whole.
The Top Empowerment Awards was established in 2000 and has fostered a legacy. It acts as a transformation showcase which unites outstanding South African leaders for exemplifying inspiration, leadership and action towards sustainable empowerment.
Jacolien Botha, Marketing Manager of LFP Training describes the company’s secret to success thus far: “LFP Training is founded upon four key pillars and these have helped to steer our way to success. Leadership, Focus, Passion and Integrity remains at our foundation no matter how big we grow,”
“Our vision is to be a team of 200 by the end of 2018 and we are well on our way. In understanding the country’s social and economic landscape, LFP continuously innovates to bring flexible and relevant training solutions to companies, whilst being able to change lives.”
Today, LFP Training has trained more than 3,400 learners with an excess of 300 clients paying R60 million in stipend directly to learners; this has resulted in a 100% pass rate in BEE verification audits.
More and more, corporates are benefiting from LFP Training’s range of simulated and online training courses for both disabled people looking for equal opportunities and employees looking to be upskilled. Companies are reaching their target spend of 6% at a fraction of the cost – making this the most cost effective way of implementing BEE initiatives for maximum points.
