Living out LFP’s pillars

Living out LFP’s pillars

Living out LFP Training’s pillars everyday

Started in 2013, CEO of LFP Training, Louis Pulzone had a dream and a vision. With four pillars at its core, the success of LFP Training has been built upon its strong foundation of Leadership, Focus and Passion (LFP) as well as integrity.

So, what does this mean to its customers more than four years later? Well, the growth of the company speaks for itself. It’s all about doing things differently and constantly innovating to provide our customers with a competitive edge. Initially recognising a gap in the skills development sector has taken LFP to greater, unimaginable heights all thanks to its vision and the determination of its leadership.

The pillars which benefit our customers:

  • Leadership – At LFP, believe that great leaders do not set out to be leaders, a great leader sets out to make a difference. We believe it is not about the role but about the goal. Thus we encourage a ‘lead yourself’ culture. Our function as leaders is to produce more leaders and not more followers.

  • Focus – Winston Churchill said: You will never reach your destination if you stop and throw stones at every dog that barks. When LFP started we decided not to fight the old, or old ways of the industry, but to rather create the new. There will always be a misperception on what focus is, in our company it will always be partly measured by the number of times we had to say no in order to apply all our energy on the things we said yes to.

  • Passion – Intelligence without passion is like a bird without wings. Mark Twain once said: the two most important days in your life is the day you are born and the day you find out why. We at LFP have found out why. We are like birds with wings! Once something is a passion the motivation is there. People always ask us what we do differently, and CEO, Louis Pulzone always answer that to teach someone how to do a job is easy so we select people that has a passion for our industry and those are the ones we employ.

  • Integrity – The supreme quality for leadership is unquestionably integrity. Without it, no real success is possible, no matter on a sporting field, in your personal life or in the office. If you ever truly want to be confident of the outside it begins with having integrity on the inside. We believe that education is the passport to the future. We believe that if you do not have a competitive advantage you should not compete.
