A word from our Group CEO, Louis Pulzone

At a recent evening with our clients, Louis shared his thoughts on South Africa’s education landscape and how LFP is leading the industry through our innovative solutions.

In 12 years in education, I have learned so much about this industry, about people of various races, genders, people with disabilities and social stances. I have learned that for people with disabilities there should be a life without limits. I have seen societies fail to provide things for people to equally compete and seen the tragedy thereof. I have learned that one’s disability does not determine one’s potential and that for people that are different, the biggest obstacle to overcome is perceptions.

We as a provider of education have learned that the secret in education lies in respecting the student and that the purpose of education is to turn mirrors into windows. I have seen that the investment in knowledge pays the best interest and that there is no greater disability in society than the inability to see a person as more.

I believe that in every business the key element to success, although blurred by visions, missions and strategies, stays the same. In our company the four key pillars we use to keep up our walls of success are leadership, focus, passion and integrity.

We believe that patience, persistence and perspiration will be an unbeatable combination for success. I know that our clients are our greatest source of learning as a company, that our efforts and courage are not enough without purpose and direction and that success is when we add value to ourselves but significance is when we add value to others. We will innovate and change to improve and do it often to be perfect. We will have consistent actions to create consistent results.

Through these beliefs, we will strive to remain at the forefront of our industry and continue to create new opportunities for success for our clients, our learners and our nation as a whole.
